Delivery
The usual 2–3 business day preparation time is included in the estimates below.

Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Australian returns go to our Melbourne return address. Conditions apply.

Please request approval before posting a return. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage, and original delivery charges are not included in store credit. Our standard styles — whether ready to dispatch or handmade after you order — remain eligible; they are not treated as custom or personalised unless the product page clearly says so.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, the remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund, and reasonable confirmed-fault return costs are reimbursed where required.

Our dresses are Free Size, designed for a relaxed fit. Fit varies by garment type — robes and kimonos are cut differently to dresses — so use the ranges below as a starting point rather than an exact match.

Body size it fits

Based on real fittings and manufacturer sizing:

• Bust: 84 – 104 cm
• Waist: 68 – 92 cm
• Hips: up to 110 cm

These are guide ranges for our standard free-size cut. We are adding individual garment measurements to product pages as they become available — if you do not see them on the piece you are considering, message us and we will check it for you.
