Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Australian returns go to our Melbourne return address. Conditions apply.

Please request approval before posting a return. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage, and original delivery charges are not included in store credit. Our standard styles — whether ready to dispatch or handmade after you order — remain eligible; they are not treated as custom or personalised unless the product page clearly says so.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, the remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund, and reasonable confirmed-fault return costs are reimbursed where required.

This dress has a relaxed garment bust measurement of 97 cm and a smocked back for flexibility. Compare the garment measurements with a similar dress you own. A maximum stretched bust measurement is not currently available.

Cold gentle hand wash · mild detergent · dry in shade · warm iron inside out.

Small variations in print placement, colour tone and pattern alignment are natural characteristics of hand-block printing rather than faults.
