Questions we are asked most

Your bust, waist and hips in centimetres, plus your height and usual AU size. Measure over light clothing with a soft tape. See the size guide for how to measure.

No. We can tell you how a piece sits on our model and answer specific fit questions if you message us before ordering — but free size cannot suit every body, and we will say so if we think a piece is not right for you.

No. Some pieces are ready to dispatch, while others are handmade after you order — the applicable preparation time is shown on each product page, and handmade-after-order pieces require 2–3 business days before dispatch, sent directly from Jaipur. Free AU standard delivery is an estimated 6–10 business days from order, and express delivery is $15 AUD at an estimated 3–5 business days from order. Courier and customs delays are outside our control, so we treat all delivery times as estimates.

Yes. Ask through the form above or by Instagram DM and we will send a short unedited clip of the actual piece where we still have it in stock.

Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Australian returns go to our Melbourne return address and the customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately under the Australian Consumer Law.
