Pieces are free size and intended to fit AU 8–14 unless stated otherwise. Product-specific garment measurements appear on each PDP. Customers can send their usual AU size plus bust, waist and hip measurements for personal fit guidance.

House of Neoma sarongs are one size and measure 200 cm (2 m) long by 112 cm (44 in) wide. These are garment measurements, not body measurements.

Our cotton dresses, robes and kimonos are made from 100% cotton and hand-block printed in India. Small print, colour and placement variations are natural characteristics, not faults. Material and production details for other product types, such as sarongs, are shown on each individual product page.

Preparation time is shown on each product page. Many pieces are handmade after ordering.

Free standard delivery takes approximately 6–10 business days from order. Express delivery costs $15 and takes approximately 3–5 business days from order.

Available rates appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Customers should email houseofneoma@gmail.com with their order number and clear photographs. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

Follow the garment care label. Cold gentle washing, mild detergent and line drying in shade are recommended. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
