House of Neoma sarongs are one size and measure 200 cm (2 m) long by 112 cm (44 in) wide. These are garment measurements, not body measurements.

Our cotton dresses, robes and kimonos are made from 100% cotton and hand-block printed in India. Small print, colour and placement variations are natural characteristics, not faults. Material and production details for other product types, such as sarongs, are shown on each individual product page.

Please note: As each piece is handmade and block printed, slight variations in colour, print and placement may occur. These small differences make every piece unique.

Preparation time is shown on each product page. Many pieces are handmade after ordering.

Free standard shipping takes approximately 6–10 business days from order. Express delivery costs $15 and takes approximately 3–6 business days from order.

Available rates appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes.

Each House of Neoma piece is prepared by hand before dispatch. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched, usually within 1–2 business days. This preparation time is already included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Customers should email hello@houseofneoma.com with their order number and clear photographs. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

Follow the garment care label. Cold gentle washing, mild detergent and line drying in shade are recommended. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
