Some pieces are ready to dispatch, while others are handmade after you order. The applicable preparation time will be stated on each product page. All pieces use the size or free-size design listed on the product page and are not custom-sized or personalised unless explicitly stated.

Delivery
The usual 1–2 business day preparation time is included in the estimates below.

  • Free standard shipping: 6–10 business days from order
  • Express: $15, 3–6 business days from order

International shipping is available to the United States, Canada, New Zealand and selected European countries. Delivery estimates and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Returns & store credit

Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Australian returns go to our Melbourne return address. Conditions apply.

Please request approval before posting a return. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage, and original delivery charges are not included in store credit. Our standard styles — whether ready to dispatch or handmade after you order — remain eligible; they are not treated as custom or personalised unless the product page clearly says so.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, the remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund, and reasonable confirmed-fault return costs are reimbursed where required.
